Level 2:  Advanced.  Clients must take a minimum of 30 Mixed classes at The Bar Method Carlsbad as a prerequisite.

New Students: Please arrive 15 minutes early for your 1st class to get oriented prior to class starting.  We do not allow new students to enter class late.  Please wear pants that are knee length or longer, a top that covers your midriff, and socks!
